to help businesses to grow. She leverages her digital, operational & strategic analysis background to drive results, helping cilents
businesses to grow.

She has experience working at board & ministerial level alongside collaborating with colleagues from GDS, Police, Intelligence
services & International Government departments, including USCIS. She has worked closely with suppliers to deliver, including:
IBM, PA consulting, Equal Experts, Tata Consulting & MRI Software.

Her focus is currently helping clients in the social housing sector enabling growth through implementation of reengineered processes and technology platforms to deliver large scale organisational & cultural change.

Siobhan has lead & coached teams in DDaT, & agile delivery, building some of the first teams to deliver government digital services.
She has professional project qualifications including Business Analysis, Managing Successful Programme, Prince2 & AgilePM, accredited through APMG & BCS bodies.

She has developed & delivered cloud & physical hosted SaaS, B2B, B2C & C2B offerings alongside custom development of new product sets and systems to fulfil market opportunities across the public, pharmaceutical, utilities & social housing sectors.

Siobhan has a passion for strategy development, agile business & processes improvement with customer & user centricity. She is an active participant of project communities of practice, Women in Tech. networks & mentoring programmes
